Qualifications

• Maintenance of equipment across manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
• Reading machine drawings, electrical and plumbing schematics.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and ensures safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot shredding, grinding, blending, extrusion, and other machines.
• Define parts to order after troubleshooting.
• Maintain inventories of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Requisition tools, spare parts, and supplies.
• Read and understand machine drawings, building prints, electrical/plumbing schematics.
• Develop preventative maintenance program for equipment and facility.
• Install equipment as defined by Engineering.
• Experience welding, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, and process controls.
• Maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop and facility.
• Operate forklift and scissor lift as required.
