Job summary

Nautique Boat Company in Orlando, FL seeks an entry-level Maintenance Technician to perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment, following manufacturer manuals. You will operate a forklift for trash removal and support facility maintenance activities.

Requires 1–2 years related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Training will cover safety policies, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year to less than 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (MVR).
• Forklift driver license and crane operation certification required or must be obtained through yearly training.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level break-fix mechanical and electrical maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and provide backup for department members as needed.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies are followed and work area stays clean.
• Update records in Smartsheet maintenance system.
• Drive a forklift daily for trash removal and other tasks.
• Communicate with vendors for dumpster and recycling pickup.
• Other duties as assigned.
