Core-Mark is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician at our Gardiner, Maine facility. You will support building and grounds upkeep, conduct routine preventative maintenance, perform basic repairs, and assist with safety inspections while learning a variety of maintenance skills.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and eager to learn. Prior maintenance experience helps but we will train strong performers. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week and competitive pay.

$20 - $25/Hour | 4-Day Work Week Location: 47 Market St. Gardiner, ME 04345 Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM
We're seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills. Previous maintenance experience is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, basic tool knowledge, and a desire to learn.

Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months experience in the facilities maintenance field
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter;
Adhere to OSHA safety regulations approved standards, policies and procedures
Interface with peers, staff, vendors, contractors to appropriately resolve issues.
Be able to be on-call
