Job summary

Wallick Communities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Villages at Roll Hill communities well-maintained. The role includes completing work orders, unit turns, and on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders using our maintenance tech tools.
• Manage Unit Turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts.
• Maintain high standards and document work properly.
• Stay certified and up-to-date with required certifications.
