MG Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for Emerald Place in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate has all-trades skills and strong customer service, handling maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C and related trades.
• Customer service oriented; team player.
• Willingness to work on-call rotation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and repairs.
• Repair appliances and perform painting tasks.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Handle emergency calls as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to maintain property standards.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Emerald Place, in Beaverton, OR!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
