Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Provo, UT communities to protect, maintain, and enhance value while delivering an exceptional living experience for residents.

You will perform repairs, maintain curb appeal, and support turnovers across the property, collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. This full-time, hourly role comes with competitive benefits and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and basic maintenance skills.
• Must lift a minimum of 75 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property curb appeal and keep grounds and buildings clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouses, offices, models, hallways and common areas clean and safe.
• Oversee apartment turnovers and ensure readiness for new residents.
• Communicate issues with Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction and uphold company values.
