Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our on-site team in San Antonio, TX. You will help preserve the property's physical attributes, support management, and ensure safety and security across the community.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of maintenance experience, strong trade skills, and proficiency with basic computer tools. You will interact with residents, perform repairs, and contribute to a high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to use computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide support to management to uphold community standards and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control and ensuring key security.
• Be an inspector to ensure curb appeal and property looks its best.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
