Job summary

Rytec Corporation, a Nucor company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Hartford, WI. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and ongoing upkeep of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to maximize reliability and uptime.

The role supports plant operations, focusing on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to safely troubleshoot industrial electrical systems up to 480 VAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to support maintenance work.
• Document maintenance work orders in CMMS and coordinate with production teams.
