Job summary

Nucor Building Systems South Carolina is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, repair and maintain plant machinery and electrical systems. You will work from prints, perform wiring tasks, and help upgrade equipment across the site.

Qualifications

• Two years industrial maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read prints, drawings, sketches and instructions.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and perform repairs.
• Coordinate with supervision on tooling, machining and upgrades.
• Maintain electrical panels and wiring as part of plant systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and report outages.
