Tosca Services, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician at our Service Center in the Washington, DC area. You will maintain equipment and infrastructure essential to daily operations, ensuring reliability and safety across manufacturing systems.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical expertise, basic computer skills, and strict adherence to OSHA and LOTO standards. Pay is $32-$35 per hour for 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), with overtime as needed and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing system issues with operations team.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections for reliability and safety.
• Support building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, and cleaning.
• Identify and solve recurring equipment problems with the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety standards.
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
