Job summary

Idlogistics is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to inspect and repair material handling equipment and perform light building repairs. You will follow GMP and OSHA rules, maintain service records, and report noncompliance when observed.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and hands-on electrical troubleshooting, with forklift operation and use of testing tools. Weekend shifts are included and safety is paramount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for long periods.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection of electrical and power units.
• Detect malfunctions and repair electrical systems and engines.
• Maintain records of service cycles and maintenance activities.
• Place orders for spare parts and documentations.
• Operate forklift and use testing tools.
• Perform light building maintenance (bulbs, painting).
• Move equipment between buildings.
• Follow OSHA, GMP, and safety rules; report noncompliance.
