Reyes Holdings is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and building systems. You will handle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, plus installation tasks for data/power and lighting, while keeping detailed records of all activities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience, and there is potential to pursue electrical or vocational certification.

• Willingness to obtain electrical or vocational certification as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Carry out building-related tasks such as furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior property surfaces; refurbish areas as needed.
• Record detailed maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
