JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Job Responsibilities

1. Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and making repairs following policies, safety standards, and codes.
2. Prepares vacant apartments for leasing and new move-ins by conducting inspections, creating maintenance lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting work.
3. Follows procedures for accessing and managing materials, supplies, and tools, tracking inventory, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors for reordering.
4. Documents and completes paperwork accurately and promptly for service request tracking.
5. Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing, painting, and debris removal as needed.
6. Supports cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible and practicing efficient use of materials and tools.

The hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50.

Additional Compensation

Many factors influence pay within the range, including business needs, experience, skills, and location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to base salary, may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses based on performance.
• Onsite Property Positions: May be eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
