Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree or related certifications or training is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience within manufacturing environment (preferably extrusion or compression with hydraulic/pneumatic equipment).
• Experience with hydraulics, screw compressors, mechanics, electrical systems and troubleshooting PLCs.
• Experience with robotics is a plus.
• Experience with large ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in tight spaces around machinery.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, employment history verification, and background check.
• A Maintenance Skill Level Exam will be administered to determine pay level.

Nippon Sanso Matheson is looking fora MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible forproviding support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, andsafety. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Starting Wage: $50.25 per hourdepending on experience. A Maintenance Exam will be administered todetermine level of pay.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
