Job summary

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Adell team. This day shift role includes a rotating weekends on call and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Pay is based on experience, and the technician will oversee maintenance of facilities, equipment, and utilities to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, monitoring boiler performance, maintaining logs, and coordinating with outside vendors while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Maintain PM logs and document maintenance activities.
• Monitor pressures and flow rates, and boiler performance.
• Follow LOTO and PRCS safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility, and maintenance issues within the facility.
• Perform preventive, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors on facility projects.

Shift: Day shift with rotating weekends on call. (Training Hours May Vary)

$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Pay: Based on experience

The Maintenance Technician has the responsibility to oversee and troubleshoot all operational, utility, and maintenance related issues within the facility.

• Perform duties related to preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Monitor pressures and flow rates of equipment.
• Monitor boiler performance, water and air quality.
• Maintain PM logs.
• Perform general maintenance on the facility, welding - sanitary and structural.
• Keep Management informed of potential issues.
• Maintain sanitation log records and timeliness.
• Certified to drive the forklift.
• Must follow all LOTO, PRCS and all safety procedures.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors - on projects for the facility.
