Executive Recruiting Consultants in the Watertown area (Dell Rapids, SD) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep equipment, machines, and facilities running safely and reliably. You will join a hands-on maintenance team focused on uptime and real-world results in daily production.

The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and air-powered systems, supporting startup of new machinery, and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain plant infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Work as part of a hands-on maintenance team focused on keeping equipment, machines, and facilities running safely and reliably.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and air-powered systems used in daily production.
• Help maintain building systems and plant infrastructure to support overall operations.
• Support the setup, installation, and startup of new machines or upgraded equipment.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan preventative and predictive maintenance that minimizes downtime.
