• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assists in repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment.
• Complies with established Corporate and Departmental policies.
• Responds promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Assists with snow removal and groundskeeping as needed.
