As an expert, you will bring deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. This expertise allows you to lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors, and operations personnel.

How you will contribute
  • Partner & enable line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale—to ensure process stability; participate in DMS meetings at shift and line level.
  • Own technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment; manage PM systems and KPIs; oversee R&M budget.
  • Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build team capabilities; lead PM systems at the department level.
  • Partner with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements; responsible for Change Management, spares localization, and breakdown analysis.
  • Assist in VSU initiatives and internal/external benchmarking; serve as a subject matter expert and trainer in PM subjects.
What you will bring
  • Advanced knowledge of AM and Progressive Maintenance systems; ability to maintain equipment independently.
  • Leadership capability for line roles; experience in coaching and developing team members.
  • Experience in developing and managing goals, deploying IDPs, and performance coaching.
Additional Role Details
  • Ensure safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.
  • Execute maintenance activities in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in reading schematics, troubleshooting controls, and instrumentation.
  • Preferred experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, industrial networking, HMIs, servo controls, and electronic troubleshooting.
  • Possess mechanical systems knowledge including drives, conveyance, pumps, and high-speed equipment.
  • Experience with automated packaging and manufacturing equipment is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience; technical degree preferred.
  • Work schedule: Night shift, 5:45pm - 6:00am.
  • Compensation: $31.15/hr to $41.15/hr, plus benefits and incentive programs.
