What You'll Do

The Maintenance Technician reports to Maintenance Leadership and focuses on repairing components. This role is ideal for someone with attention to safety, quality, efficiency, a strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills. As a vital member of the Maintenance Department, you have the opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the mechanical and electrical performance of automated production machines or equipment used in glass manufacturing.
• Maintain and monitor machine operation to ensure high-quality glass production.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, determining necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including replacing defective parts and installing functional and structural components.
• Stop machines when malfunctions are detected and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

What We're Looking For

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, and operating high-speed production machinery.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical equipment, CNC, PLCs/drivers, and motors.
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as needed.
