Job summary

Crown Pointe in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on preventative maintenance, resident comfort, and timely repairs to keep communities in top condition.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. CPO certification is preferred. We offer a 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.
