Job summary

Pedcor Companies' Woodwinds Apartments in Greenville, SC, seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician. You’ll tackle service requests, perform apartment turns, and handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs to keep homes move-in ready and residents satisfied.

What you’ll be doing:
