Qualifications

Overview

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for preparing units to meet Peak Living standards, ensuring they are market-ready. The typical work hours depend on community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services.

Responsibilities
  1. Complete make-ready maintenance tasks.
  2. Handle assigned work orders in compliance with Peak Living standards.
  3. Assist with building and common area maintenance.
  4. Participate in preventative maintenance programs and maintain property equipment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of general maintenance experience in a property management setting.
  • EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
