Job Overview

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for preparing units to meet Peak Living standards, ensuring they are move-in ready. The role may require working on weekends and providing emergency after-hours services based on community needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform make-ready maintenance.
  2. Complete work orders adhering to Peak Living standards.
  3. Assist with building and common area maintenance.
  4. Support preventative maintenance programs and maintain property equipment.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  2. At least 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
  3. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not required.
  4. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to communicate in English.

Compensation
