Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, comfortable and welcoming for residents. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with building systems, complete work orders, and support other departments to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

This role requires 1–2 years in maintenance, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and a valid driver’s license. Join our team and help create a place our residents are proud to call home.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
• Help maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in keeping our community clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, families, and team members.
• Work with other departments to support an exceptional resident experience.
