Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our community safe, clean, and comfortable. You will perform routine repairs, assist in building systems, and support residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience, can lift up to 75 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license, and contribute to an exceptional resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.

• Help maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license required.
