You will perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, complete turnovers of vacant units, and assist with resident functions as needed. Cortland offers competitive pay with monthly commissions, full benefits, and in-house training to advance certifications.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience delivering resident satisfaction through basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, plumbing and/or electrical repair; maintain grounds including trash pick-up
• Complete turnovers/make-readies of vacant units
• Assist with resident functions and other duties as requested by your supervisor
