Qualifications

• Comfortable performing light janitorial duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance across commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, MEP systems.
• Address temperature control and banquet center issues.
• Operate Building Automation Systems (BAS) and facility control systems.
• Respond to tenant service requests and close work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Support general building upkeep including light janitorial duties.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Partner with ownership and internal teams to maintain high property standards.
