Job summary

Farbman Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role travels to assigned commercial properties to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep buildings safe, functional, and well maintained for tenants and staff.

You will diagnose and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues; respond promptly to service requests and maintenance emergencies; monitor systems; coordinate with vendors;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• At least three years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in commercial properties.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned commercial properties to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues.
• Respond promptly to service requests and maintenance emergencies.
• Monitor building systems and equipment for proper operation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, equipment status, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable building codes.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle in good working condition.
• Communicate regularly with property managers and supervisors regarding property needs and completed work.
• A company vehicle will be provided for travel to assigned properties
