Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our multifamily maintenance team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep, and contributing to a safe, well-maintained community.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer-service mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn new skills. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required; EPA/CPO credentials are a plus.
