Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service properties and support our residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks to keep units and common areas up to standard and ensure resident satisfaction.

Experience with plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, carpentry, or related skills is valued. EPA certification or CPO is preferred, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Professional appearance and reliability are essential.
• EPA or CPO certifications are preferred for this role.
