Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Tremonton, UT is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician who thrives on fixing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and keeping a cold-storage facility safe and efficient.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, service conveyors and refrigeration components, and operate lifting equipment with training on new gear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and working in -20°F environments are required.

Qualifications

1 year of maintenance experience or trade school training.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Able to troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills.
Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working at heights using lifts or equipment.
Comfortable in -20°F cold storage with PPE.
Able to lift 50 lbs and handle variable noise levels.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and building systems.
Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to keep operations safe and reliable.
Troubleshoot sensors, switches, and automated equipment.
Inspect and repair refrigeration systems basics.
Complete preventative maintenance on material handling equipment and conveyors.
Use hand and power tools to diagnose and repair equipment.
Use welding equipment and cutting tools as needed.
Operate lifts to access elevated equipment safely.
Document maintenance, inspections, and repairs in the systems.
Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs to facility leadership.
Follow company and regulatory safety standards.
