Job summary

Vintage Air in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running at peak performance. You will maintain and repair CNC mills, lathes, laser cutters, compressors, and other production gear, tackling electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong motor and drive knowledge, ability to read schematics, and comfort with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including motors, drives, contactors, breakers, and solenoids.
• Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• A dependable, organized, and safety-focused approach.
• Welding, fabrication, PLC, automation, and manual machining experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CNC mills, lathes, laser cutters, compressors, and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and service manuals to diagnose problems.
• Manage work orders, source parts, and document preventive maintenance.
• Work safely around equipment and electrical systems up to 480V.
