Job summary

Vintage Air in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep production moving by maintaining CNC mills, lathes, laser cutters, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical skills, tool proficiency, and comfort reading schematics and service manuals. Welding/fabrication and PLC experience are a plus, with a safety-focused, dependable mindset).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including motors, drives, contactors, breakers, and solenoids.
• Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CNC mills, lathes, laser cutters, compressors, and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and service manuals to diagnose problems.
• Manage work orders, source parts, and document preventive maintenance.
• Work safely around equipment and electrical systems up to 480V.
