ARCH Cutting Tools - Flushing in Flushing, MI is seeking a Maintenance technician to support daily manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot and repair CNC and manual machinery, install equipment, and help keep the plant running reliably.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, reads schematics, and works well with teams. Pay starts at $30/hour and increases with experience, with full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing or tool and die shop.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize uptime.

Responsabilités

• Respond to repair requests promptly to minimize downtime.
• Establish and execute preventative maintenance schedules on CNC and related equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for repair, installation, and improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records, service histories, and manuals.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies including lockout/tagout and PPE.
