Brunswick Boat Group in New York Mills, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, routine, and troubleshooting maintenance in a large manufacturing facility. You will work across varied skilled trades, including CNC, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and ensure safety and quality in every task.

The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of maintenance experience. The schedule is 4 days x 10 hours, with overtime as needed.

Competenze

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Documented work experience in CNC programming and diagnostics; HVAC; electrical and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical and electrical background with motor controls and ladder logic.
• Experience reading blueprints and building to specifications.
• Able to fabricate and order materials for open work orders and jobs.

Mansioni

• Learn and apply maintenance techniques on a variety of equipment including resin and spray, HVAC, PLCs and VFDs.
• Maintain high levels of safety, quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow daily schedules and take accountability for outcomes.
• Work at heights and travel throughout the facility; lift heavy parts up to 50 lbs.
• Operate handheld tools; read measurement devices and meters as required.
• Commit to a self-starting, team-oriented approach and maintain good attendance.
