The Customization Group is seeking Maintenance Technician professionals to keep production equipment running smoothly across our global facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and uphold 5S standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Skills in analyzing problems and performing repairs.
• Experience in reading and interpreting drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Uphold 5S/housekeeping standards to ensure a clean workspace.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Assist with maintenance planning and spare parts management.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance best practices.

Your Role

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Uphold 5S/housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Skills in analyzing problems and performing repairs.
• Associate degree with a technical focus or 18 months of related experience in an industrial background.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Experienced in reading and interpreting drawings and schematics.
