Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for Trilogy at Lake Frederick. The role focuses on routine upkeep, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks to support a high-quality guest experience.

The candidate should have basic maintenance experience, read blueprints, and work well in a team while managing multiple priorities. Evening/weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and basic repairs at a club or resort environment preferred.
• Ability to read building drawings and blueprints.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality building maintenance to meet member and guest needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Carry out basic carpentry, painting, and lighting tasks.
• Handle plumbing and HVAC-related maintenance safely.
• Move materials and assist with equipment as needed.
• Ensure safe working conditions and use protective gear.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Facility Manager on tasks.
• Supervise trainees as assigned.
