Job summary

McDonald’s Owner-Operator is seeking a Maintenance Person to help achieve and sustain outstanding cleanliness and ensure restaurant equipment is well maintained. You will be part of the Maintenance Team and supported with tools and training to succeed.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, and cleaning tasks across the restaurant, with additional duties such as unloading deliveries and HVAC cleanup. Competitive pay and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience is helpful or required for keeping restaurant cleanliness and equipment in good condition.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as listed in responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
