Qualifications

• Maintenance role requires upkeep of interior and exterior cleanliness and equipment.
• Duties include daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning, stock rooms and restrooms, unloading deliveries, trash handling, lighting, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Filter fryer oil daily and manage trash/ recycling tasks.
• Clean windows, stock rooms, restrooms; unload deliveries twice weekly.
• Replace light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
