Job summary

Oleon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a chemical esterification plant in Conroe, TX. The role focuses on maintaining equipment across blending, bottling, warehousing and construction activities scheduled for startup in 2026.

You will inspect, service and repair pumps, compressors, valves and rotating machinery while ensuring safety compliance. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance, experience with bottling lines, ability to read drawings, and strong

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within chemical/process manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with bottling lines or high-speed automated systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and schematics.
Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and high-pressure problem solving.
Able to work cross-functionally with production, maintenance and engineering.

Responsibilities

Maintain equipment for blending, bottling, warehousing and construction of the chemical esterification plant.
Inspect, service, repair and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
Assist with installation and maintenance of bearings and seals.
Service storage tanks, vessels, cooling towers, steam systems and high pressure systems.
Apply machining and welding to fabricate or repair parts.
Navigate SAP maintenance workflows for work orders and documentation.
Support HSE audits and document maintenance records.
Troubleshoot issues independently with minimal supervision.
Follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.
