Job summary

ACE FLORES LLC in Texas seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and support the smooth operation of our facility. The successful candidate will work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

You will service electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, inspect equipment, keep accurate records, and respond to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance role.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
