ResProp Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Austin area. You will respond to work orders, maintain common areas, and prepare apartments for move-in while coordinating with the Maintenance team to prioritize daily tasks.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of maintenance experience, EPA certification is preferred, and you will work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays. Tools and reliable transportation are required.

Requires ability to walk, stand, sit and climb stairs alternatively for the purposes of completing office work, inspection of apartments, and to conduct sales tours.
Approximately 60% of time spent walking and climbing and 30% sitting.
Requires the ability to lift or carry for the purposes of document dissemination, preparation of apartments for customers, and moving furniture/appliances within the office and apartment environment.
