Job summary

ATS, Advanced Technology Services, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our factory operations across entry to senior levels. You will perform break-fix and preventative maintenance on conveyors, pumps and electrical systems in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include identifying parts, updating CMMS records, basic troubleshooting of control systems, and contributing to safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree with technical focus or 18 months related experience.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry to mid-level break-fix and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical components.
• Identify needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Provide support and back up for other members of department as needed.
• Ensure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in CI activities—processes, results and cost savings.
• Set up and operate simple machining operations; basic welding tasks as required.
• Update CMMS histories and records.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of control systems circuitry.
• Complete technical self-study programs for career development.
