• Performs minor and major repairs to equipment and facilities.
• Implements regular and preventive maintenance programs.
• Communicates condition of buildings and equipment to Maintenance Director.
• Demonstrates excellent mechanical skills and attention to safety.
• Works effectively within the work-order system.
