Job summary

Culdesac Tempe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our car-free, walkable community. You will directly impact residents by handling maintenance across properties and ensuring minimal downtime with appliance expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of industry experience required.
• Experience in multi-family or hospitality maintenance.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• On-site management of community operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform neighborhood service work including inventory tracking and warranty management.
• Repair and maintenance of major residential appliances.
• Landscape maintenance and irrigation system care.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Learn and use Entrata as operating system.
• Maintain records to comply with local/state laws.
• Foster vendor relationships and ensure quality service.
• Review Resident Satisfaction Surveys and act on feedback.
