Qualifications

• Ability to handle minor repairs and fixtures.
• Experience in diagnosing electrical problems.
• Experience in general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and equipment for repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on properties.
• Ensure safety and compliance of electrical wiring.

Skills

Prior experience as a Service Technician

HVAC, CMRP, or equivalent certification
