Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance across regional facilities. The role focuses on painting, spackling, drywall repair, plumbing, with basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems.

The position requires at least two years of relevant maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong organizational skills. This on-site role includes 8:00am–4:00pm shifts, on-call as needed, and a competitive benefits package as part of total

Responsibilities

• Complete remodeling tasks and provide a safe, secure environment for regional facilities.
• Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
• Handle and/or supervise snow removal and landscaping.
• Respond to off-hours facility emergencies and support risk management.
• Maintain compliance with Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
• Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

Manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.

Pay: $20 - $23/hr

Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm - Monday - Friday - on call as needed

• We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in painting, spackling, drywall repair, and plumbing, along with a basic working knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant maintenance experience to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
• Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
• Handle and/or supervise snow removal and landscaping.
• Respond to off-hours facility emergencies. Participate in risk management at a corporate level.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
• Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required experience in Carpentry and Plumbing - Knowing the basics around Electrical, General Building Maintenance, and HVAC Maintenance is fine.
• Valid Driver’s License required. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Maintain confidentiality and provide a safe/therapeutic environment.
• Effective time management skills.
