Summary

Manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.

Pay Range: $16/hr

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues.
Handle and/or supervise snow removal and landscaping.
Respond to off‑hours facility emergencies.
Provide Risk Participation at a corporate level.
Maintain all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Education, Experience

General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience.
Valid Driver’s License required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
