Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to manage maintenance across regional facilities. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include remodeling tasks, snow removal supervision, and coordinating with management on facility issues. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and ensure a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities.
• Provide counsel to management regarding facility issues. Handle and supervise snow removal and landscaping tasks.
• Respond to off-hours facility emergencies as needed. Participate in corporate-level risk management activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations.
• Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
