Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned maintenance duties and routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition.
• Assist with refurbishment projects and repairs.
• Complete work within scheduled time frame and budget.
• Install, finish, repair, and dispose of drywall or other materials.
• Pick up and deliver supplies.
• Operate hand or power tools and company vehicles.
